ABOUT DR. FORD
A safe space where you can be yourself.
I’m Dr. Ashley Ford — I’m really glad you’re here.
I work with children, teens, and adults, and one thing I see
often is how much people carry alone - trying to manage
things internally, or feeling like parts of them aren’t fully
understood. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and
collaborative. I want you to feel comfortable being honest
about what’s going on, without worrying about being
judged or misunderstood. We’ll focus on what actually
helps you feel better and function at your best -
whether that’s therapy, medication, or both. I use evidence-
based treatments, always tailored to you, your goals, your
pace, your life. My goal is to help you better understand
yourself — and feel more steady, clear, and confident
moving forward.
